I just want to thank the Dentist and clinic for getting me in and fixing my broken tooth, when I called and I wasn't even a patient but they made me feel like I was there long time patient, they made me feel important and cared for me as a person. I will be continuing to see these Dentist in this clinic.

My friend Mark came out on a Saturday, after an excruciatingly hard time finding an emergency dentist that satisfied his needs. This team did an exceptional job with an individual whom has high anxiety while visiting the dentist and accommodated him well.

I originally gave this business a one star review. After visiting other dentistrys they clarified some misunderstandings and I figured out through them that the bridge I got was a cemented implant-supported bridge. I came into the office with very high dental anxiety and anxiety in general. I was QUICKLY put at rest, and ease by my assistant and Dr. Pierson. I am 48 years old, and have a scary history of having anxiety attacks which raise my blood pressure too high to perform any work. This did not happen in Dr. Pierson’s office. Once my procedure was done, during my rehab time I was highly anxious about the healing. They received me almost same day, just to check things out and ease my mind. Wow! I have counted my dental visits, after 38 visits to the dentist I am no longer fearful or anxious. I am so grateful, beyond thankful and appreciative for the kindness and proficiency. Great experience! They got in me quickly and Dr. B was able to do a root canal. I had zero pain during the procedure and I have not felt any pain after since the procedure. Best place in Wichita! Hands down. If you are going somewhere else you are making a poor mistake. Seriously! Jamie took care of me during my emergency extraction. They got right on it. I didnt feel any pain. All the doctors and the anesthetic people did an amazing job. They not only fixed my problem they also set me up with a plan to get my teeth right where they need to be! I was searching for  emergency help after Dental Corner told me they couldn’t remove my tooth after they butchered my extraction! I was in so much pain and afraid of going anywhere else, being told I still had roots left..found these beautiful apple who got me in QUICKLY! Explained my anxiety and hardship, Dr Pierson was compassionate and professional.. his assistant was amazing and caring as well! A bit pricey BUT I’ll pay for QUALITY COMPASSIONATE CARE.. any-day!!

I used to fear going to the dentist but since coming to Wichita Family Dental, I look forward to my dental appointments and taking care of my teeth! Dr. B is so kind and takes the time to explain everything to ensure you are comfortable. In fact, every staff member upholds a professional atmosphere while remaining exceptionally compassionate. I’m a very anxious patient and Dr. Pierson was not only quick and efficient but very calming. Not to mention Genevieve at the front desk was an incredibly welcoming presence and Jess, my dental assistant for the day, was awesome; crazy good bedside manner. I absolutely recommend Wichita Family Dental. I went there after having a bad experience elsewhere and hadn’t gone to the dentist is a couple of years. Wichita Family Dental staff are understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. They’re accommodating to whatever helps you feel more comfortable during the dental cleaning and exam. Ive submitted my 5 star review in the past, and scream from the rooftops how amazing this dental practice is. As an adult who has previously neglected my oral hygiene (hadn’t seen a dentist in over a decade) last year I went thru 8 or so appointments to get the work done I needed. No one shamed me about my teeth, and they make it so comforting.

I will however give feedback, that I get the automated text to leave a review after each visit, I would recommend to whoever controls your automation and systems, to implement a survey system  instead!
