Dr. Jacqueline Merz is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate dental care to families in the Wichita community. In addition to her work in private practice, she proudly serves as a dentist at McConnell Air Force Base.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Dr. Merz earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She went on to receive a dual degree—Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Public Health (Leadership and Public Health Practice)—from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.
As a recipient of the Health Professions Scholarship Program, Dr. Merz commissioned as a dental officer in the United States Air Force. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, where she received advanced training in a wide range of dental procedures.
Dr. Merz is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Association of Endodontists.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for baking—especially cakes.
